Topic	Cell did nothing wrong.

Cell would have been busting planets left and right for funsies if he didn't get stopped early. Couldn't the exact same be said of Freiza? It's exactly what I'm saying. Freiza has the bigger body count because he was going around blowing shit up since before Dragon Ball. Cell didn't have the chance. My point was that Freiza was ranked above Cell because he only destroyed a planet but Cell could have destroyed entire systems, where as Freiza could have done the same had he not been stopped either. Well, Freiza destroyed at least 2 planets that we know of, almost certainly more. Unless you're bringing up all the Super stuff about him training and suddenly being God level? Because my point is only that Perfect Cell was stronger than Freiza. Freiza probably killed more people, but he was operating for WAY longer than Cell was, and Cell was on one planet. If Cell had gotten out into the universe, he could have toppled the Frost Demon Empire in like, a day. DBZ power creep and all that.
