The more tragic divorce stories are when a guy marries a girl, gets kids, and then they divorce as she gets custody, alimony, and child support which leaves the dude ruined both financially and emotionally.

Courts tend to side with mothers for custody stuff, mostly because they're also the primary caregiver in the specific marriage/divorce. It has very little to do with the custodian being a woman specifically, but it's easy to make that snap judgement when one already thinks they're a martyr and women are to blame for their ills.

Now those are separate issues from what we're addressing. Just because the courts are fucked in the woman's favor in these cases doesn't legitimize the way people on Red Pill and MGTOW view and treat women. You're moving back into more of an MRA territory.
