Really. You think this is why.


Mainly I think it's why Trump won. The left--with Hillary as their figurehead--loves to throw around labels like racist, misogynist, etc., and has this attitude that if you don't agree with our progressive ideals, you have nothing of value to say. No one likes to be on the other end of that, and I think that's why so many Republicans came out and voted.

You'd do well to read the essay linked in the second note of that original essay.

"No one likes to be on the other side of that" and you ignore how no one likes to be told that by virtue of things that are explicitly outside of their control, they are to be viewed as lesser beings. Not all ideas are created equally.
