Okay, let's say Guy and Girl are having major road rage, they both pull aside on the freeway to settle things:

Let's put this in scenarios then:

#1 Girl goes in for some slaps
#2 Guy goes in for some slaps
#4 Girl starts beating the shit out of him
#5 Guy starts beating the shit out of her

Entirely depends on how it's explained to the police. When I was interning I had to deal with a client (male) who called the cops on his girlfriend because she threatened him with a knife, after which he punched her square in the face. Not a scratch on him. She went to jail and almost lost custody of her kid from a previous marriage.
