Not kanji's fault that nazis took that symbol. Swastika is not based on the Kanji, it's actually based on Sowilo/Sigel, the Norse/Anglo-Saxon Rune that represents the sun. I just looked up the sigel and it looks more like the SS symbol than a swastika.
