Four days. I completely ditched carbs on day one and am currently only eating meat. Beef, chicken, pork, fish as well. Today I finally dropped into ketosis. I can tell when I'm in it and when I'm not. I've done this before.


That's cool. Thanks for the reply. Did you feel really bad when you first started keto? I've heard stories of people experiencing "keto flu" due to their body being so dependent on carbs.
YES. My God, yes. The first two weeks are always the worst for me. Headaches, soreness, fatigue, grumpiness, etc. but if you can get through that you feel so damn good. You feel calm of mind and have energy to spare.


Dude that was THE ABSOLUTE WORST. My weight loss even stalled at one point that 2nd week, I was so miserable. I wanted to have a cheat day so bad, but instead changed up the food I ate, didn't even care about the macros. I stuck with it and now I'm feeling so much better and the fat is basically melting off. Once you get past the keto flu, it gets much easier to handle.

Hahaha also once I finished losing my water weight, the weight loss definitely slowed down, but I'm happy knowing that it's mostly fat now being burned off.
