| Wanglicious 08/05/17 2:01:45 PM #173: | honestly i don't think there's any way to justify what castille's killer did, the cam on that showed a pretty clear case of recklessness and negligence. seemed like an obvious case of manslaughter but he got off. reading the police statement here... doesn't seem like there's anything wrong done? the biggest issue seems to be a policy one where backup couldn't get there. he's outside the direct county he works in and it's rush hour. ideally he'd be able to ask the local cops for help there. don't know how Cali is but that seems like something that could be fixed by just having a different channel/told to talk to a different one. nine minutes is too long so i assume some changes will be made there to help cut that down, even if it's unofficially telling your guys to not do speeding tickets during rush hour outside your county. --- "Maybe it's a tentacle, molesting the planet itself. - Aschen Brodel. ...
