LArcEnCieIX 08/04/17 6:55:04 PM #10:	I was 340 when I started an all-meat keto diet in early July. Today I'm finally in the 2's (298 lbs) and I couldn't be happier. Gonna keep this up until the end of the year and see how far along I am before I figure out what healthier eating habits I have to get into to maintain my weight for the rest of my life.
