I'm saying it's dumb to get into a car with a stranger without taking a precaution like taking a picture of license plates. It doesn't have to be exactly that. But something simple that takes literally (and I'm not misusing the word there) ten seconds, and can be the difference of a missing persons' case versus a problem solved very quickly.
