I can probably one-turn her with the right friend but still. My Fry is set up with double Demon killer right now. With her, a friend Fry that wasn't geared for the battle, and DV using Icebrand with another Demon Killer I was able to one shot her after Armor Eraser from WoL and party buffs from Tilith. It barely did enough damage, but it still worked.
