Either he was drugging his wife (which it doesn't say), his wife was an alcoholic who passed out that many times, or there is more to this story. Most women will not repeatedly sleep through sex. Yet it wasn't suspicious to the husband who plead guilty, the police who took his statement, the court who declared him guilty and the judge who sentenced him.
