Something is certainly being spun here but it's not the wife that's doing it.

The point is, these things are never straight forward when the couple is married. I think there needs to be a much stricter burden of proof in this case. If that burden is met, fair enough, charge the man with rape. But this is not the same standard you'd apply to two people dating or having a one-night stand.


The dude literally has months of recordings of him raping his unconscious wife and you're still here asking for there to be a stronger burden of proof.

And yes it's still rape if they're married.
