Ntm that physical games are still big on consoles so there's that as well. I'm not sure about Xbox because I don't have one but having a PC set as your primary PC in Steam doesn't automatically do anything. You have to go out of your way to do it, which is fine if you have a laptop or something you'll be taking out with no wifi for the day, weekend, etc. But doesn't help if your internet just up and takes a shit one day and is out for hours. You'd have to permanently keep it in offline mode just in case your internet goes out or something, which is a pain in the ass, and even then it only lasts 1 month.
