In my case I get withdrawn and binge on cake and pizza. It's just ingrained defense mechanisms... it doesn't really change with time No one's perfect... and IMO saying that you should stay away from anyone who shows violent streaks is not about judging anyone or calling anyone deep down a bad person, it's more about self defense and doing what's best for you --- I don't hate people, people hate me. ...
