I feel like I'm missing some kind of significant context here if this is supposed to be a supportive argument. Seriously, a half percent over 13 years? Also I thought English became the US' official language during W. Bush's presidency. I'm not remembering wrong, I'm seeing numerous articles saying the Senate passed it back in 2006, what happened after that? --- My friends call me Vee.
