I hear ab wheel is really good, but I don't have one.

I usually do abs with legs.

However, my physical therapist from a long time ago told me I should really focus on training abs to help my back. Problem is, I kinda hate training abs. I think adding an ab workout to one of my cardio days (like today) might help me out.

Plank duration between 1:00 and 2:00, once you progress to 2:00 increase weight and decrease time.

Here's another thing: I'm really bad at planks.

Somehow my arms/shoulders give out first. I know I'm doing them wrong, but I've had trouble figuring out why exactly.
