Wouldn't this make it so you can only get admitted on merit? The problem with this is that there are places in this country where students attend schools with such low academic performance and do not have the best aid given to them that performing well can be a challenge for the students. If someone has low academic performance then why would you want to put them in challenging universities where they're doomed to fail --- The person who writes for fools is always sure of a large audience.
