The other hundred times were just practice. i mean it's foolish of us to call anything at this early stage but "he did something illegal but he can probably get away with it" is a rather bad defense. The defense is "the boy has cried wolf too many times". We've done this song and dance over and over and over in the last 6 months and I have no faith that what the WaPo is reporting on is any more legit than every OTHER time they claimed he was definitively linked to Russia.
