Topic	Customer is going to make a complaint about me in the morning, should I be worry

I used to work night audit for a hotel and the management sided with me or understood every single time there was a complaint. It was generally just a lot of head nodding and brushing it off saying "oh these things happen, people are stressed from working and traveling, etc" It's not a huge deal, and when you explain the situation to your manager (Who, if they're not a shit head, will understand) everything should be clear --- im a good person <cite>joeun_saram posted [p:883993854] in Customer i...
