The ACA was written by an insurance company lobbyist and was passed without a single republican vote knowing that it would still have 28 million people without insurance at the time. Anybody that argues that 'Obama wanted to help 90% of us but those mean old Republicans forced him to favor Wall Street/the 1%/destroying nations' is overlooking his first two years in office when his party controlled everything but the Supreme Court.
