Whenever she gets more power, she becomes more like the Mad King. Already she's started threatening to burn people to death, which is exactly what the Mad King ordered before Jaime slew him. It stands to reason that Dany's madness will completely overtake her once she gets complete power, and the poetic conclusion would be that she is similarly killed by a close confidant. --- The person who writes for fools is always sure of a large audience.
