That's one of my pet peeves, asking to speak to a manager when things don't go your way

One of my favorites. I got that quite a few times back when I worked food service, and the looks on people's faces was priceless when I would reply "I am the manager."

Late night Taco Bell drive through, bar rush, some drunk asshat starts ordering BK items because he thinks he's funny:
Me: "Sir, you're at Taco Bell. Please order from our menu."
Drunk guy: " I have a better idea, why don't you suck my dick and take my order!"
Me: " I'm sorry sir, you're going to have to leave. We will not be serving you."
Drunk: "Fuck you! You're going to take my order! You can slob my pole!"
Me: " I'm sorry, if you don't pull through and exit the property I will call the police and have them remove you."
Guy pulls up to the window: "Who's the little shit that was talking back to me?"
Me: "That would be me."
Drunk: "Get me your manager!"
Me: "I am the manager. You need to leave now."
Drunk: "Get me the store manager."
Me: "She's at home asleep. If you want you can call the store tomorrow and speak with her."
Drunk: "Oh I will! I'll have your job, asshole!"
Me: "Well, I already put in my notice, so there's an opening if you want to apply."

He sped off. He never did call the next day. Not that it would have done anything, there were two other people wearing headsets who heard the entire exchange.
