Topic	If a guy fails the military physical requirements? Can he join as transgender?

No. It's actually a pretty lengthy process in the military. Iirc you need to be undergoing treatment (hormone therapy) for about a year while under the eye of a doctor to monitor your progress. At some point they will determine the process to be compete and will officially change your sex on your records.
