There was one time where i assume the staff that handled the latin american version of cartoon network just went on vacations and never bothered to check, but they fucked up and kept playing the chocolate sailor episode from billy and mandy for 5 months straight every night from 8pm to 8am. There was something a bit similar that I saw. For three or four nights straight on Adult Swim, the same episode of King of the Hill came on during its time slot.
