So it's been pointed out that Mitch putting PP defunding and waivers in the skinny bill is likely to make it more palatable to the Freedom Caucus, since he doesn't appear to have any Senators demanding their inclusion. If true this would, of course, indicate that he's lying about his endgame and is likely totally fine with skinny repeal passing as-is (if it wasn't obvious enough already).
