Brother fender's argument here is that, the only reason to drive while drunk is, because you need to get home, never mind that you're mentally impaired and not fit to drive a vehicle.
If that drunkard had any friends, I doubt they'd let them conduct a vehicle while intoxicated.
A reason is a means to achieve a goal. If a drunk person has a goal of getting home, and getting home with their car in their possession, then they have a reason to drive home. I simply stated that fact. I'm not arguing that somebody *should* do that. I'm saying that's *why* they do it.
