Every patriotic American who is qualified to serve should be able to serve. End of story.
Once again, as before with racial integration of the military and gay people in the military, certain people in our country are grasping at flimsy straws to justify discriminating against a minority they find unappealing. Transgenderism is not a psychiatric condition or a mental disorder, it is an identity people are born with and can't do anything about We can't go on sweeping them under a rug and pretending they need psychiatric help, because they don't. What they need is acceptance, and an end to prejudice and discrimination.
Looking forward to the day when all Americans, especially my fellow Christians, learn to embrace each other with love. Not disdain.
