I used to work as a phlebotomist (The guy who comes in at the exact wrong moment to shove a needle into your arm and steal blood), and by and large the little old ladies were the best patients. Burly tattooed badass? Flinches like a bitch, grimaces and groans, jerks his arm and makes me screw up, and I leave the room with him thinking I'm the asshole. (I'm only about 20% of the asshole) Tiniest little grandma you've ever seen? Doesn't even blink if I have to poke her 3 times, keeps nice conversation going the whole time.
