Zone of the Enders 2 was a fun game with a ham-fisted story and amazing mech battles and probably the best fucking graphics on the Playstation 2. I don't know what kind of black magic Kojima used but holy god. It's so good. It's a low-res PS3 game. My jaw dropped when I first saw it. It's also a fairly difficult game? I haven't played it in a while. I have a sealed copy, if you can believe it, alongside a loose disc copy in a CD book somewhere. I really liked the presentation (if you can't already tell). I liked the new animated 'codec' calls and how smooth combat was. There's a steep learning curve to git gud but is the reward worth is? I honestly don't know, I never beat it.
