It'd only really clog things up if they get marked, and people who are constantly marking non-offensive uses are probably going to get their marking privileges taken away. And if you're deliberately trying to provoke a mark, you'll probably get hit for disruptive posting or something for spamming.
Uh...last I checked (which was years ago), the way the autoflag works is that autoflagged messages have to be marked by an actual user to show up, because the autoflag's marks don't have high enough "marked message accuracy" (priority, basically) to show up otherwise.
Unless things have changed, that's correct. Messages don't enter a queue unless they're marked. Just an autoflag isn't enough or the mods would be inundated with shit to go through. ---
