Topic | I didn't realize how important macros were to exercise until i started dieting |
thecolorgreen 07/25/17 7:40:08 AM #1: | before, I would eat like 3,500 calories a day and get enough protein just from eating a lot (but also probably too much fat or carbs) now I'm not eating so much and I notice my muscles don't recover fast enough.
