I sauteed 3 different home grown chillies, home grown cilantro stems, home grown green onion (white part), home grown tomato and garlic then added pinches of salt, pepper and oregano. The batter was eggs, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, bit of smoked paprika, chili powder, salt and pinch of sugar Added the batter over the sauteed veggies, let the eggs set, then added some more home grown tomatoes, cilantro leaves and the green part of the green onion, folded it. And served it with more cilantro and green onion on top. But the FUCKING egg got stuck in the middle so it looked like a fucking mess, but it was delish as fuck! --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
