To be fair, some people can do it better than others. It's the shitty ones that give the rest of them a bad rep. Many drunk drivers drive super slow, which creates enough risk aversion to not be much of a danger on the road. Also, it helps not to be live streaming with your phone while driving.

I don't condone the behavior at all, but not all drunk drivers are the same, and should not be lumped into the same category of people who are high risk. There are many other factors at play besides drinking that create most of the fatal crashes involving a drunk drivers, and we tend to ignore them.

Feel free at anytime to link sources of these so called "facts". I'd personally love to know how statistical data was pulled for determining that most people who drive drunk drive really slow. I'm sure one of the questions they asked during their scientific study was if they planned to livestream video and kill a family member too.

It is quite literally irrelevant if not all drunk drivers are the same. It doesn't matter if I could drive across the country with a BA of .08 and not be suspect. The simple fact is you don't do it, because there is literally NOTHING beneficial or positive to come from driving drunk. Would you be ok leaving a handgun in the open where children are playing and say "It's ok, not all children are stupid". Your argument is so devoid of common sense it blows my mind.
