It would make the Unsullied even bigger jobbers after their awfulness against the Sons of the Harpy. I think that'll be a win, the only problem will be that they won't be able to/won't want to hold it, because I can imagine the Tarly's etc being sent to retake the Rock. Also, Rhaegal will be killed by the ballista, Viserion will be the Wight Dragon and Drogon will die fighting the Others + mainland.
