Pass. I would never trust a woman who hits on me while she's with someone else.

As far as her showing up with the guy, maybe she didn't have a choice. Like, she told the guy she was going to the bar with friends thinking he wouldn't go, but he says he wants to, now she can't say she isn't going because that would look suspicious as hell.
