Talked with walmart Hq basically said the IT department messed up and they had a meeting about it this morning they will be trying to fill the orders but since its a "priceing error" reported by the IT department they cant do anything to change the system and basicly the item is locked at the moment till they are able to reopen the item under the fix info . so basicly 50/50 shot you will get one or canceled. also pretty sure im getting a customer service employee and it deparment person fired since the lady filed it up to her higher up names and my account has been flagged for major problems. i got the email for IT department and they should also call me to answer my questions with in 48 also said the next week its coming is a lie with no more information. also in no way should we be compinsated for our time or there error since "people make mistakes" but since i was talking to her she gave me another 10e card that shes shouldn't have to do but since i was dissatisfied with the CS. Also she said they will be flagging them as CC errors with the fraud department due to the pricing error not matching the system and thats why large amount of orders are getting canceled.
