I'll be honest, I've always had issues with "cute."
Puppies and children are cute. Grown adults shouldn't be cute. It removes all chance of sensuality at that point. Which in turn, I get irked with women try to be cute and child like. It's almost gross.

No, I like adults with confidence and sensuality. I am readily turned off by 'cute' actions.
Being playful doesn't rule out those 2 traits.
I don't know what you mean by being playful, as I'm referencing "cute" actions and demeanor. If it is being cute, then I don't like it.
I just realized im talking to a women so I can understand your outlook now as women don't tend to gravitate towards cute as much as men. ---
