Congratulations.

Did you change your diet significantly as well as exercise?

I could stand to lose 5kgs myself atm, but I'm pretty bad with losing weight that I only really do it when I hit a certain weight that I just don't like, then end up going through a fitness craze for a while.

No exercise at all actually. But then again my job has me running around on my feet for 11 hours a day so there's that.

It's been entirely diet change. Cut out soda except for like, once a month. Cut out most sugar entirely actually. Don't get takeout except for weekends, where i allow myself to eat what i want(just small portions) and drink.

During the week i eat mostly fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, and whole grains. And only drink water.

Weekends are my red meat time.
