It's been entirely diet change. Cut out soda except for like, once a month. Cut out most sugar entirely actually. Don't get takeout except for weekends, where i allow myself to eat what i want(just small portions) and drink. During the week i eat mostly fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, and whole grains.
