Being that you didn't establish a party, views, or anything else about them, I'm going to assume that their platform is "I used to be a guy, vote for me!". If they were the right person for the job, them being trans wouldn't even be worth mentioning. I'm not one for supporting minorities just for the sake of supporting them. It's like the people who voted for Obama because he's black. No, vote for him because you agree with his politics and because you believe he'd be a good leader.
