All I'm curious about is your statement that the HR question being offensive which implied the question should not be asked since it's offensive. I don't agree with that at all, I think that goes directly against meaningful progress.
I think it should be handled right of course but if you felt that offensive questions shouldn't be discussed I was going to see if you'd explain why you felt that way, maybe provide a solid argument for me to consider.
Why do we need to talk about "curing" transgender people? Again, it's like talking about "curing" gay people and look at what good that did.
