I didn't even notice half of this. I believe you posted that you noticed the eyes are different. That and the hairline (didn't say it but I noticed it). I had no clue about the lip structure and didn't notice the nostrils at all though. But as someone said itt, there's no telling how much of that is due to filters. Things like lip structure most likely not, but filters can be pretty crazy. I've seen it make girls look a lot more attractive than they really are in person. Some can even slim you up a bit.
