I mean the fact is that most guys who are nice are nice to the point that they, like a lot of girls, grow up on the idea of a perfect relationship.
So it's difficult for both men and women to comprehend everything they're taught about relationships is actually a blatant lie. And that it's natural to argue and fight with your partner. So when they get into a "proper" relationship with lots of arguing, mental manipulation and mind games, they respond with hostility, like any normal person does when they've been attacked/made a victim first.

But somehow that's bad to actually believe the things you're told and act like a normal person.
