I've heard of people drinking themselves to death, but it would be kinda hard to starve or dehydrate yourself on purpose. Eventually you're gonna eat or drink if someone offers it to you, and if you post shit like that on FB, you're not making it a mystery. Yeah if you call the police she'll be placed on 72hr hold.
