Sure I wouldn't expect them to binge watch an 1000 episode series, at least not all at once. But you can make a dent in it, take a break and go to something else, and come back to it is what I'm saying. Yeah, I definitely can agree with this. It's just the time sink alone that comes across as daunting to the point of not being worth getting into, which I completely understand. And you mention BB, but that's the thing though. Many consider that a huge time sink as is, and One Piece is about five times as long as even that, which is saying a lot. I'm just glad I got into the series when I did. The English manga localization was in Impel down and the Japanese chapters were in Fishman island.
