You hear about events in the community. Everyone goes there, rich or poor and you see the same people there for years, maybe even decades. That's what people mean when they say it's cultural. It's definitely not just a place to get your hair cut. Those are all significantly more specialized by class and don't have the community element. Of course they share some characteristics. --- ...
