How many major cities in the United States are actually mostly minority? Miami and Atlanta are the only two that come to mind

In 1990, whites made up 52 percent of residents of the 100 biggest cities. In 2000, they accounted for 44 percent.

For example, in Chicago whites are 32%, in Detroit they're 12%, in Baltimore they're 29%, in philadelphia they're 35%

But in seattle, the only "happy" city @sktgamer_13dude could think of, they make up 70% of the city's population.
