If the current sack of lard can get in with his forked tongue and moronic fanbase, then there's no reason not to consider The Rock. The standards that come with the title "POTUS" have already fallen apart, meaning that it's unlikely that America will be run by a competent politician any time soon, so if a considerate dude like Dwayne Johnson is in the running, I say good luck to him and genuinely hope that he can do a better job than an abrasive, jiggling sack of farts that got in with the support of Richard Spencer and his Nazi-saluting fanbase of fuckfaces.
