The victim was a one-time student at Rivera Middle School as the 2 were said to be "very close" When the 15 y/o was thrown out of a relative's home in December 2015, she invited the teen to stay with her and in 2016 she became his legal guardian. The boy then told investigators that she opened up her home to him and eventually turned sexual in June when she went into his room one night and FONDLED him and stripped off his clothes and gave him Oral sex and then intercourse!! They would engage in sex often where it got to the point that the teen wanted her to stop but she would get mad and kick him out of the house!! At one point he sent her a text stating he didn't want to have sex but she expressed desire to carry on with the affair The teen said they had sex nearly everyday until he finally had enough and gave the cellphone to the police where her phone number was titled under "Mom" Do you know any kids who were kicked out of the house that were Under 18?
