Cops can literally pull you over for going 1 mph over the speed limit in most places and give you a ticket which results in most people slowing the fuck down when a cop is behind them. Its a catch 22. The cop can pull you cover for going the above the speed limit and apparently the cop can pull you over for going exactly the speed limit.
