the terms are that if he:
- does not continue his extensive statement of apology
- does not continue to show remorse.
- repeats "this ugly behavior on social media," whatever that means
- goes against his claim of how he's an example for others to not do the same thing (make... a wrestling edit with the CNN logo?)


if any of those terms are violated, CNN reserves the right to release his personal info.
now what of any of that is something that would warrant the release of his info?
